The hotel was located in a convenient area close to public transportation to the city center. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options. the staff was also friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was lacking in some amenities. Towels and sheets were only changed every few days, and additional services such as borrowing an iron came at an extra cost.

Non-responsible and impolite staff, old, destroyed and out of service equipment and facilities, the unfamiliar and non-kindly approach in check- in, and so on ...

I recently stayed at a hotel in Prague that exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet street, yet still close to the city center. This allowed for a peaceful night's sleep without sacrificing convenience. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring that all of my needs were met during my stay. The basic amenities provided were also of a high standard, particularly the recently renovated bathroom which was modern and clean. Lastly, the breakfast spread offered at this hotel was truly impressive. There was a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
All in all, this hotel left me with no complaints.

I had to pay a depozit 1000 crowns (50 euros) for not smoking. The hotel staff promised to give me my money back the day I leave couse I didn't smoke and the room was absolutely clean after my staying there. But 4 day have passed and I still don't have the money.

Not a thing. In fact, we had to check out and find another hotel.
The Abri hotel was a disaster. The room was falling apart (the closet door, the bathroom door and the shower head were all broken), and the hotel staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. When we complained politely about the street noise in our room, we were told that the place was "a hotel, not a hospital." When we had to find another hotel because it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep, they charged us for the full stay. After visiting Prague for 15 years and always staying in modest hotels, we've never experienced anything like this. Avoid this place like the plague.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just around the corner there were several places to dine and a tram stop at the top of the street that took you straight into the center. In the August heat wave, it was a relief to be not far from the center. the room had a spacious bathroom with recently renovated fixtures. the friendly staff provided good service and the breakfast options were satisfying. the hotel offered free parking and had a balcony area on the second floor for enjoying fresh air.
There was ongoing building work in the hotel that started early in the morning and lasted until the evening.
